On-Site Management, Maintenance Staff and 24/7 Courtesy Officers
The Oaks of Woodlake maintains an onsite office staff along with 6 maintenance staff and 24/7 courtesy officers who monitor the entrance/exits and conduct regular patrols of the community.
Community Pools
There are 4 pools located throughout the property with the main pool and baby pool located by the Clubhouse. All Pools have both loungers and tables and chairs for resident use.
Two Clubhouses / Event Spaces
Residents are able to rent either of the two event spaces for personal use. The Clubhouse has access to 6 large round tables, 6 rectangular tables and 48 chairs.
Laundry Facilities and an On-Site Exercise Room
There are 3 laundry rooms that residents have access to as well as an on-site exercise room that includes a rowing machine, treadmill, elliptical machine, weight training and an exercise bike.
Covered / Assigned Parking Spaces and Open Guest Parking
Each unit, depending on size, is provided 1-2 covered parking spaces for their personal vehicle. Guests are required to check in at the front gate and may utilize any non-reserved open guest space.
Woodlake Community Park Amenities Access
Residents have access to the neighboring park which has a dog park and drink fountain, barbeque area with benches, sitting gazebo area, walking trails, tennis and pickleball courts.
Walking Trails and Perimeter Fencing
The Oaks of Woodlake is completely enclosed with perimeter wrought iron fencing and has more than a mile of walking trails within the community. Markers are placed throughout the property every quarter mile for reference, beginning at the entrance of the property.
